How to Use the Printable Party Planning Worksheets
This party planning printable has space to list the name of the event or party at the top with the date and time. Then it has lines for the basic details of the event: theme, number of guests, budget and location.
Once the basics are established, there is also room to plan the menu, decorations and also a small budget section for the event. The next page is to help you with those preparations before the party! Like mowing the lawn and sending out those invitations.
Then you have a game list or party activities worksheet. Here you can document the Game’s title, time played, prizes and other notes you would like to pen down.
And lastly, you have your guest list. There cannot be a party without guests!
